Hi there! I’m Lindsay. I am a teacher, a writer and a lover of Jesus. Among that, I am many other things. Most of all, I am still in the process of discovering who I am. As a twenty-something, I think I still have plenty of time, right? 🙂 This blog is where I invite you to join me during that process. It may be a little hectic and messy at times but as the brilliant Elizabeth Gilbert has said, “Embrace the glorious mess that you are.” That is exactly what I am going to do.
Here are a few of my favorite things…
Favorite Place: Sitting in the middle of Campo De Fiori in Rome, Italy
Favorite Book(s): Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and literally anything by Brene Brown
Favorite Movie(s): The Breakfast Club, The Other Woman and She’s the Man
Favorite Food(s): Popcorn, tacos and my Nana’s pumpkin pie (of course not all in the same meal haha)
Favorite Drink(s): Sweet tea or a perfect chai tea latte
Favorite Band: Mumford & Sons and Needtobreathe
Favorite Bible Verse: “I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.” Psalm 16:8
Favorite Quote: “If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely” -Roald Dahl
This is a picture of me and my absolute favorite person, my little sister Eryn.
